- 2) The Aim And Objectives Of Publishing The Family Histories :
- There are a number of benefits of publishing the Family History.
- Our future generations get to know the history of the past generations and information about our brothers.

- With the help of family history, a number family brothers come closer, feel affinity and love each other and benefit in many ways. For example, those of us who are highly placed could help other brothers in getting them jobs. So also the doctors, advocates, Chartered Accounts, Architects could make their services available to other brothers at a reasonable price and one can experience the motto : “let us cooperate with each other and prosper together on a good path in life”
- The family history can of great help to researchers and scientists because they can consclusons based on this information which could be beneficial to the future generations
- Many informative books like “Who’s who in India, Who’s who in the world, Who’s who in Western India,” have been published and are being published. Similarly, this family history, we can say, is Who’s who in THE KARMARKAR CLAN
- “Planners are very hard lto find ”, “ Nothing is use-less in the world.” they say! There is always a dearth of planners. With this principle in mind, we can get a lot of benefits from the family history: information about the family religion, rituals, and assistance to proceed on the ambitious, proud path of our ideals in life. And our brothers get several benefits through publication of the family history.
3) Social Background Of The Family History:
Shri Laxman Vishvanath Deodhar says in the Deodhar Family History that the use of all the branches of knowledge like Anthropology, Ethnology, Sociology, Science of the nature and Growth of Society, Civics and Politics are inter-related. Study of these branches of science help us to arrive at certain conclusions in regard to how mankind has developed in the past and how should it develop in future.
According to Sociology, broadly there are four stages of social progress. The first stage means the Hunting Stage, the second means the Nomadic stage, the third is the Agriculture Stage and the fourth is the Industrial stage. While studying sociology, information about each race, its history, its condition and progress is of great help to the studious reader to draw conclusions and to see to what extent these could be used in practice and also how far would they be experienced in real life.
4) The epilogue
This family history of ours is our invaluable riches. There will be additions to this day by day. With this in view, every brother in the family should continue to communicate to the Karmarkar Foundaton, information about the birth of a child, marriage, death, worldly and other-worldly felicitations and honours to our brothers in the family, from time to time. Only by doing so, this family history would remain always fresh and updated. With a prayer to our Family God Harihareshwar and family deity Goddess Shri Kelai Devi, to bestow a blessing wisdom on all of you, I conclude here.
